Blueacre Seafood
We would like to announce our new project, Blueacre
Seafood, opening this coming spring at 7th and Olive, the
now vacant Oceanaire property. Like Steelhead Diner,
Blueacre was created by us and will have our ongoing
personal involvement; these two are our family businesses.
We are also delighted to announce the official promotion
of two of our key employees at Steelhead, who have been
caring for our guests and overseeing our operations with
incredible consistency and care for some time. Anthony
Polizzi has been promoted to Chef de Cuisine and Tiana
Garrett will take on the role of General Manager. Both have
been at Steelhead for almost three years (our third
anniversary is February 1, 2010). We simply could not ask
for a better team. |

Kevin and Terresa embrace Big Ed, the
marlin that graced the wall at Oceanaire for nine years.
(Kevin was the opening chef at Oceanaire from 2001-2006 and
Terresa was the accountant from 2002-2004). Both are proud
to have been a part of Oceanaire’s past, and even more
excited to oversee its transformation into Blueacre Seafood.
